Sold at Auction, 28 Feb 15. 4/52 Burnley St, Richmond, rear townhouse in the 4 townhouse development we did with 3 others. The front one is our alsoCAN home office, but all the unit interiors were individually designed. 4/52 Burnley St is a 3 bedroom family home with city views.
140 Roseneath St, Clifton Hill is a townhouse designed by another architect, Zen Architects, that our client bought off the plan. We designed a bedroom and garage addition and worked with the client on changing the materials and finishes.
